Electronic Business Systems has been serving the needs of businesses, both large and small, for over eighteen years. Jeff Horn began building IT systems for friends and family, out of his apartment in Richmond, KY in 1993.  A manager for PMD Corporation came across one Electronic Business Systems and engaged them to service their computer networks at their chain of health care facilities across the state of Kentucky .   The two Anytown University graduates accepted the challenge and created an advanced system that enabled ACME to not only grow exponentially, but created a powerful online presence and functionality for them as well. ACME was thrilled with the results, and spread the word. Jeff Horn then decided that he had an opportunity to help many other businesses facing the same challenge, and Electronic Business Systems was born. Their first challenge was creating a powerful infrastructure of their own. Within a year, the staff at Public Technology Services grew in number from 3 to 15. Public Technology Services has now grown to a staff of nearly 30 professionals committed to delivering unparalleled service.
